Are all of the items handmade?
Yes, all items are handmade. This means that they are all one of a kind. While we sometimes produce items that look virtually identical, they could have slight variations. We think it just adds to their charm!
What's your return policy?
We want our customers to be happy with the product they receive & will do our best to make things right. If you receive something that does not meet your expectations, we're happy to exchange it within 14 days with the return of the original item. We're a small business not a big box store so please keep that in mind!
Are your items hypoallergenic?
Sometimes, but sometimes not! If you're interested in a specific product and are concerned about the materials, please reach out using the contact us page so we can review the material list with you before making your purchase!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do offer two different shipping speeds which are displayed at check out. If you have an urgent need, please reach out directly and we can review shipping options that are available to your location along with pricing.
Do the cats really help inspect the items?
Inspect? That's a stretch, they are into everything, so chances are they've somehow been involved in making your item - most likely making it more difficult to finish!
Do you have a physical store to shop in?
No, we are an ecommerce business, but we do set up at local farmer's markets throughout the DFW area periodically. Check out our Farmer's Market Schedule page for updates. You might even see one of the hairless witches at these events if you're lucky!
